These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all competitions operated by gamedeal.win (“we”, “us”, “our”) via auto.gamedeal.win. By entering any competition you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before entering.

1. The Promoter

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Proof of age and identity may be required before any prize is released. Failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in disqualification and an alternative winner being drawn.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, agents, and any person professionally connected with a competition are not eligible to enter.
We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or void any entry at our discretion.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Paid Entry (Online)

Visit the live competition page, answer the skill-based question, select your ticket quantity and complete checkout via our secure payment provider.
Only entries with a correct answer to the competition question are eligible for the draw. Entries with incorrect answers are not valid.
Your entry is confirmed by email once payment has cleared. Ticket numbers are allocated in your account and confirmation email.

3.2 Free Entry (Post)

A free entry route is available for every competition — no purchase is necessary. See our Free Entry page for full details.
Free entries are processed in bulk and carry exactly the same chance of winning as paid entries.

4. Ticket Limits

A maximum number of tickets per person applies to each competition, as displayed on the individual competition page.
Entries exceeding the stated limit may be voided and refunded at our discretion.
Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts may be closed and associated entries voided.

5. The Draw

Each competition closes on the date and time stated on its page, or when the maximum number of tickets has sold — whichever comes first.
The winner is drawn at random from all valid entries using a verifiable random number generator, streamed live on our announced channels.
The draw may be brought forward or postponed if a competition sells out early or circumstances require; any change will be announced on the competition page and our social channels.
The winner will be contacted using the details held on their account. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date and to whitelist our emails.

6. Guaranteed Winner

Every competition has a guaranteed winner. A valid ticket number will always be drawn and a prize will always be awarded, regardless of how many tickets have been sold.

7. Prizes

The prize for each competition is as described on the competition page, including vehicle specification, mileage, and any cash alternative where offered.
Where a cash alternative is offered, it will be clearly stated on the competition page. No other alternative is available unless stated.
The winner is responsible for collecting the vehicle or arranging delivery, and for any insurance, tax, or running costs from the point of handover unless expressly stated otherwise.
Prizes are non-transferable except where a cash alternative is offered.

8. Competition Extension & Cancellation

The closing date may be extended by up to [X] occurrences, each of up to [X] weeks, if ticket sales are insufficient. The total extension will never exceed [X] weeks from the original closing date.
If a competition is cancelled, all entrants will receive a full refund of the purchase price of their tickets to the original payment method. Refunds are the entrant’s sole remedy for cancellation.
We may cancel a competition if its integrity is compromised or circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it impossible to run fairly.

9. Winner Announcement & Publicity

The winner’s name and county/region may be published on our website and social channels, in line with advertising codes of practice.
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity (photo/video at handover), unless they notify us of an objection in writing, which we will respect except where disclosure is legally required.

10. Responsible Play

Competitions should be fun. Please only spend what you can afford to lose.
If you feel your participation is becoming a problem, support is available via GamCare and BeGambleAware.
You may request self-exclusion from your account at any time by emailing admin@gamedeal.win.

11. General

No cash alternative to entry refunds; no refunds on valid entries once a draw has taken place.
We are not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
Our decision on all matters relating to a competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into, save where required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
